Privacy policy

Supraise (supraise.com, the Supraise chat, the Supraise API and the Supraise connectors for AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT) is run by SIDEK GROUP DIGITAL LLC, 525 Randall Avenue Ste 100, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA(“we”). We are the controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect and why

• Account: your email address and a hashed password, or your Google account email if you sign in with Google. To give you an account and keep it secure.
• Shopping: searches, carts, checkouts, orders, order status and tracking. To show products and prices, and to place and follow your orders.
• Shipping details: name, address and phone number of the person receiving an order (you or someone you send a gift to). Retailers and carriers need them to deliver.
• Gift plans: who a gift is for, budget, schedule, interests, a chosen product and the note for the packing slip. To send the gifts you set up.
• Gift wallet: top-ups, payments and refunds. To pay for orders before they are placed.
• Chat with the Supraise agent: what you write and the products shown. To suggest products, and so you can reopen a chat.
• Developer API keys: a label, a fingerprint of the key and when it was last used. To let your software use the API.
• Technical data: IP address and request logs kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

We do not sell personal data, show ads, or build advertising profiles.

Using Supraise from an AI assistant

When you connect Supraise to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, we receive only what the assistant sends to a Supraise tool for your request, for example a search like “burr coffee grinder under $60”, a cart or an address you ask it to use. We never receive or read your other conversations, your assistant’s memory, or files you share with it. Nothing is bought from inside an assistant: you review and pay on supraise.com, and recurring gift plans an assistant creates stay paused until you turn them on there.

Who we share data with

• Retailers and our ordering partner Zinc (search, product data, ordering): your search terms, and for an order the items, shipping name, address and phone.
• Whop and Stripe (payments): card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are handled by Whop, and earlier payments by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• AI providers (Anthropic, directly or through OpenRouter): your chat messages with the Supraise agent and product titles, to suggest products and write short product summaries.
• PostHog (product analytics, EU servers): which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, without cookies; address and payment fields are never recorded.
• Railway (hosting) and Google (sign-in with Google, if you use it).

We are based in the United States and so are most of these providers. For people in the EU and the UK, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Legal basis

Performing our contract with you (account, orders, gifts, payments), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and working, and legal obligations such as keeping accounting records.

How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account exists. Orders and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Chats until you delete them or your account. Server logs for up to 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. If you live in the EU, the UK or a US state with a privacy law (such as California), you have these rights under that law and can complain to your local data protection authority. To use your rights or delete your account, write to us through the support page.

Cookies

We use only cookies needed for the site to work: your sign-in session and your cart. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

Supraise is for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date above and tell signed-in users.
