Terms of service

These terms apply to Supraise: the website supraise.com, the Supraise chat, gift plans, the Supraise API and the Supraise connectors for AI assistants. Supraise is run by SIDEK GROUP DIGITAL LLC, 525 Randall Avenue Ste 100, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. By using Supraise you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What Supraise does

Supraise finds products at third-party retailers (such as Amazon, Walmart and Target) and buys them on your behalf after you pay us. The retailer sells, ships and is responsible for the product. Prices, stock and delivery times come live from the retailer and can change until the order is placed.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in and API keys secret; you are responsible for what is done with them. Tell us straight away if they leak.

Paying and ordering

• You pay first, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or from your gift wallet. We place the order with the retailer only after payment.
• The total is the item price plus our service fee shown at checkout. Shipping and tax are added by the retailer where they apply.
• If an order fails, is cancelled, or the price rises above what you paid, we don’t charge more: the amount goes back to your gift wallet, or to your card on request.
• Nothing is ever bought from inside an AI assistant. Assistants only search, build carts and give you a link to review and pay on supraise.com.

Gift plans

A gift plan sends a gift once or on a schedule, within the budget you set, paid from your gift wallet before each order. Plans created by an assistant start paused and only run after you turn them on at supraise.com. You can pause, change or delete a plan at any time; a gift already ordered can only be returned under the retailer’s return policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns follow the retailer’s policy. Contact us through support and we arrange the return; the refund reaches your gift wallet once the retailer refunds us. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

API and connectors

You may use the Supraise API and MCP connector to build tools for yourself or others, within fair rate limits. Don’t resell raw retailer data, overload the service, or use it to buy for resale at scale without our written agreement. We may change, limit or revoke keys that break these terms.

Liability

Products are made and sold by the retailers, whose warranties apply. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence, or injury caused by our negligence.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms; if a change matters we tell you in advance. You can close your account at any time through support. The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA apply; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country or state you live in still protect you.
